Receptionist/Administrator based in Chippenham INTRODUCTION
We are seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator as soon as possible to work within the Pupil Services Team. You will be based at the Chippenham school site.
We are looking for a dynamic, well-organised and flexible person, with an aptitude for hard work and creativity, to appoint to this exciting post within our vibrant and inspirational school.
This highly-valued role will be demanding and challenging but rewarding, where multi-tasking will be common place. SALARY
F9 – F11 £13.02-£13.69 per hour (pay award pending)
Approx. Salary on F9 pay scale = £21,407 for a 36hr 40 min week contract.

This is a Permanent contract This job is available full-time or part-time, as a job-share. Working hours = 07:30 – 15:30 Mon – Fri with a 40 min unpaid lunch each day.All contracts are Term-time, plus inset days. THE ROLE
The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders. The post holder will welcome all visitors to the school, manage a busy switchboard and process a variety of administrative tasks. The job also involves booking supply staff. ABOUT US
