THE ROLE
The role of Property Finance Support Officer (part time, 25hrs per week) has been developed to support with several day-to-day activities within the Property team at LWMTS. The role will mainly support the Senior Estates Surveyor and the Estates Technical Officer. You will support with daily admin duties but also get involved with building maintenance.
Main Duties
* Updating of the Council Asset Register, Tenancy Schedule, and property records
* Support the Senior Estates Surveyor and the Estates Technical Officer
* Attending meetings as required both in person and via teams
* Respond to emails and requests for information from the property in box liaising with Estates Technical Officer and Senior Estates Surveyor
* Raising of purchase orders as required and paying of invoices through CIVICA finance system
* Undertaking monthly rent checks
* Looking after the Credit Card bill and statements for Estates Team
* Dealing with Utilities on behalf of Lichfield District Council assets
* Supporting the facilities team with workload spreadsheet
* Supporting with workplace functions as requested
