This role combines being the People partner for the People/HR function, developing and owning the team’s people agenda, alongside driving our transformation programme. Success requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge functional leaders. This position suits a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner who can think strategically about functional evolution and deliver on it, with experience in driving functional and cultural change. You will report to the Director of People, Business Partnering for Support Office, focusing on holistic functional requirements and leveraging stakeholders for effective People Transformation. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CPO and the People Leadership team (PLT). Influence and deliver the short to long-term people priorities for the function in alignment with key priorities. Collaborate with PLT to deliver people elements of transformational change and manage people-related change initiatives. Work with the People Transformation Lead to deliver the ‘Transformation of the People function’ agenda. Manage transition and change management, ensuring effective embedding across the function. Drive the core people agenda, ensuring effective people processes (engagement, reward, talent management, etc.). Utilize People MI to identify trends and key focus areas, driving the agenda forward. Track progress and present the People plan and Transformation program updates to the CPO and PLT. Develop and manage the engagement strategy for the function, driving events and touchpoints for change. Define and facilitate monthly People Leadership team meetings, coordinating with content owners for agenda items. What You’ll Need Confidently operate and challenge at the executive management level. Significant experience in Senior HR Partnering within a complex environment and HR/People Centres of Expertise model. Strong moral courage, resilience, and tenacity to lead through ambiguity. Energy and enthusiasm for new ways of working and thinking. Change leadership experience influencing senior teams for effective organization change. Able to lead, motivate, coach, and develop others effectively. Experience in driving and tracking delivery of programs and projects.
