To support the warehouse function and stock management functions to assist in the accurate book keeping of all items on site. This
role will be responsible for carrying out stock checks and monitoring of all ingredients, packaging, labels, sleeves, stock
returns and finished goods despatches on a daily basis.
* Accountable for delivering high standards of quality while performing daily stock checks, completing, and submitting the
documentation
* Follow the Health and Safety (H&S) procedures and ensure all potential hazards are observed and reported
* Use and maintain all equipment in a correct manner and report any equipment issues
* Follow the company processes and site operating procedures in relation to food safety, allergen control and maintain good
manufacturing practices (GMP) throughout the shift
* General housekeeping, maintaining the internal and external storage areas by following the clean as you go policy and maintain
high standards of personal hygiene
* Perform daily stock checks
* Complete and submit of all required documentation in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure accuracy in all paper work and checked quantities
* Communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, team leaders and managers
* Manage work schedules effectively in order to achieve reporting time targets daily/weekly.
* Meet relevant KPIs and targets assign by the Supervisor/Manager
* Support new product development (NPD) process
* Report any anomalies and non - conformances to Supervisor/Manager
* Assist in all other duties as reasonably requested by the supervisory or management team
* You may be assigned to other tasks and you will be expected to perform any reasonable requests as requested

Experience:
* Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
* Experience of working in a warehouse/stores role
Qualifications:
* Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
* Essential Hygiene and Chemical Awareness
* ESOL Entry 2 or equivalent (desirable)
* Fork Lift Truck and MHE certificates
