Our provision isrelaxed, supportive, and learner-focused, working with young people who haveEHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans). We believe in a flexible,individualisedapproach to learning, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential in maths.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and accessiblemaths lessonstailored to individual needs
* Support learners with varying abilities,adapting teaching methodsto suit different learning styles
* Work in acalm and relaxedenvironment that prioritises student well-being
* Buildpositive relationshipswith learners to encourage engagement and progress
* Providetargeted numeracy supportto help learners develop key skills
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience teaching maths topost-16 learners(alternative provision experience is a plus!)
* A patient, understanding, andflexibleapproach to teaching
* Ability to adapt lessons for learners withEHCPs and SEND needs
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A passion for making mathsaccessible, engaging, and meaningful
