We are now recruiting for a Building Access Controller (Reception based) and Project administrator to join us.
The primary purpose for the role is to provide a central and coordinated administration of the corporate building at the client site. The role will mainly sit at the front desk and will help ensure that access to the building and the construction enclave is appropriately controlled.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Staffing the front desk at a corporate building and provide support to building residents.
2. Controlling access to the building, ensuring that visitors are signed in, and appropriately briefed on the building requirements.
3. Ensuring cleanliness is maintained throughout facility, by liaison with contract cleaners and / or using IT Waste Stream management systems.
4. Gaining a strong understanding of the clients processes and procedures, Security and Safety key.
5. Performing Reception, administrative and facility concierge duties
6. Coordinating activities across departments.
7. Potential to act as project admin for the purposes of inducting new hires into the site and building location, management of training to accompany.
8. Arranging and issuing notifications, taking appointments, organising meetings with advanced AV conferencing facilities.
9. Answering telephone calls, tactfully handling inquiries and/or transfers calls to appropriate party.
10. Setting up Conference Rooms as necessary.
11. IT Asset Management Support, reporting system IT issues.
12. Reporting and managing Maintenance requests through to completion.
13. Ordering Office Supplies.
14. Locker / Key Management.
15. Ordering and arranging working lunches
16. Helping keep the supply and keeping print rooms orderly.
17. Plotter Printing, Photocopying and laminating as necessary.
18. Take on duties of an emergency responder (Fire Marshall and First Aider).
19. Working to agreed KPI and SLA with your Line Manager.
20. Maintaining a record of all work completed and managing own action list.
21. To escort as required in and out of enclave, work agile as requested by LM between all floors.
22. Day to Day support of the Amentum Facility Manager.
Education:
Ideally GCSE education or similar.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills an advantage but training can be provided.
