Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Head of Governance, Risk & Assurance is a key member of our leadership team. You will develop and maintain an effective governance risk and controls framework ensuring that we comply with constitutional and regulatory requirements. A collaborative approach is important for this role as you will be providing advice and support to the Board, People & Governance Committee, and Executive Team.
With an ICSA or equivalent qualification, you will bring experience of successfully managing governance, risk management, assurance and compliance in a regulated customer facing service environment, an awareness of the challenges facing housing associations and their residents, and experience of working with executive teams, boards and committees. You will also be an effective leader with good interpersonal skills and a positive “can do” attitude.
