With over 50 years of experience, we dominate the West & North Yorkshire market and are looking to take further market share by expanding the team with additional 360-degree consultant vacancies.
Your new role
You will be a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant - responsible for running your own busy desk. We have a highly established and warm business here, so you will benefit from running a busy desk from day 1. You will be fully responsible for developing existing client relationships, running client meetings, and generating new vacancies. You will also be responsible for managing our vast candidates database through interviewing candidates on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
No recruitment experience required - although we are also interested in speaking to experienced recruiters! Sales experience and strong customer service experience are required. Strong communication skills are essential. Exceptional rapport-building skills and self-motivation are what is required to be successful in this role.
