Ideally, you will have experience of running a shift, medication administration, working with GP’s and District Nurses, and maintaining care records. However, we are also keen to talk to you if you have a passion for high-quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia, and are looking to advance in your care career. We can help you achieve this goal.
As a company, we are hugely supportive of our staff. We pride ourselves on our high-quality training plan, which includes many face-to-face courses and developmental opportunities up to Dip 7. You will have regular, recorded, and protected 1:1 supervision with your line manager, along with peer-to-peer support from colleagues.
There are many reasons to work with us, including developmental opportunities and supervision, meals while on duty, access to the Blue Light Discount card, entry to the Health Assured Programme, as well as competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and a £500 refer-a-friend scheme.
South West Care Homes is a progressive company where quality comes first.
We are not offering sponsorship or student visas.
