Your responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist will include:
1. Providing comprehensive OT assessments.
2. Under supervision, planning and reviewing OT treatment programmes.
3. Under supervision, identifying and actioning referrals both in-house, including support staff, and to external agencies.
4. Supporting the planning, evaluation, and audit of practices, clinical pathways and protocols.
5. Ensuring that contemporaneous, written and electronic records and activity data are maintained following professional and service standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
1. A Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. A UK HCPC registration or applied for.
3. Evidence of ability to research, plan, implement and evaluate a project for specific groups.
4. Effective written/verbal communication skills.

You will be working at Adderley Green, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries.
The extensive facilities cater for the specific needs of people aged over 18 years who have complex neurological care and rehabilitation requirements. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver truly person-centred services where each individual is at the heart of everything.
Adderley Green offers a full inter-disciplinary team to support and enable residents to undergo reviews of their specific and/or changing needs and work towards targeted and monitored goals utilising nationally recognised outcome measures.
