The Job That Transforms Lives and Changes Futures

Why This Role Is Different (And Why It Matters)
Not all children thrive in a traditional classroom setting — and that’s where YOU come in. As a Community Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work with children who have struggled in mainstream education and need your expertise to re-engage with learning.

You’ll be at the heart of their learning journeys, providing tailored support that helps each child build the skills and resilience they need to overcome challenges and thrive.

* 1:1 Support: Working closely with children to help them gain the academic skills and confidence they need.
* Building Trust: Creating a safe, welcoming environment where children feel seen and valued.
* Specialized Environment: Working in community hubs or local learning centres designed to meet the needs of the children you support.

* No Rush, Just Results: You’ll work at each child’s pace, celebrating their progress — no matter how big or small.
