Job Title: Locum Audiologist Band: 5/6 Location: Salisbury Rate: £19-28 per hour Working Hours: Full Time Start Date: ASAP Duration: 5 months initially We are seeking an experienced Locum Audiologist to join a team in Salisbury, to provide adult rehabilitation, diagnostics, and fittings. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult audiology services and will be involved in hearing assessments, fitting hearing aids, and providing rehabilitation support to adults with hearing impairments. This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with an initial contract of 5 months. Responsibilities: As a Locum Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting adult hearing assessments, providing diagnostic services, fitting hearing aids, and delivering rehabilitation support to patients. You will work closely with patients to address their hearing needs, ensuring effective treatment and follow-up care. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will provide ongoing support and advice to patients on hearing aid use and rehabilitation techniques. Qualifications and Experience: HCPC Registration as an Audiologist Experience in adult rehabilitation, diagnostics, and hearing aid fittings Strong understanding of audiological assessments and treatment options Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous NHS experience is desirable Why work with Pulse?
