The Opportunity As a key member of our Policy, Performance and Communications Division, you’ll report directly to the Assistant Chief Executive. In this influential role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a cutting-edge communications and marketing strategy that amplifies the City Council’s visibility and reputation on local, national, and international levels. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning our messaging with the Council’s strategic priorities and corporate plan, ensuring that Nottingham stands out as a city of innovation and opportunity. You’re someone who can: Lead with Vision: Provide expert advice and strategic direction on communication and marketing, ensuring that the Council’s key priorities are effectively communicated while mitigating strategic risks. Champion Our Brand: You have a deep understanding of corporate branding, particularly in the context of commercialisation, and can ensure that our brand is consistently and effectively represented across all platforms.
