Senior Insurance Coordinator Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £31,611 - £33,275 per year 35 hours per week We are looking to recruit a Senior Insurance Coordinator to join our Insurance team based in Worcester. You should have previous experience in insurance, either within a broker or in house arrangements. Working closely within a team of 12 people, you will be part of a specialist team that manages all of Sanctuary's diverse insurance requirements, from arranging quotations, placing cover, handling claims and offering technical advice to the business. The role of Senior Insurance Coordinator will include: Leading on the arrangement of contract works insurances across the Group, and management of all claims presented under these policies Management of general underwriting enquiries Maintaining endorsements, policies and records across the Group's wide portfolio of covers Oversight of the claims management system for the team Assist with new business insurance requirements Assist with data reviews, identifying gaps and working with team to update & review Assist with coordination of surveys and meetings DSAR reviews Assist with a caseload of general claims Ad Hoc projects Skills and experiences: Previous UK experience in insurance preferably within underwriting, renewals, or new business having Previously worked in an insurance environment, either broker or in house arrangements Knowledge of contract works insurance arrangements Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work loads Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills allowing you to negotiate effectively Organised with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy Basic user of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills Why work for us?
