Murphy is recruiting for a Training Coordinator to work with the Energy Team from the Stonecross Office.

A day in the life of a Murphy Training Coordinator
* Schedule and organize mandatory and role-specific training sessions.
* Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
* Ensure all employees receive training in line with company and legal requirements.
* Manage bookings and logistics for training courses (venues, equipment, materials).
* Maintain up-to-date training records for all employees.
* Ensure all training complies with industry regulations (e.g., CSCS, CITB, NVQs).
* Work with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
* Support new employees with onboarding and induction training.
* Upload and track training completions in internal systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, LMS).
* Liaise with site managers, HR, and department heads to ensure training meets business needs.
* Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.

* Proven experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
* Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
