* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive holiday sales targets and occupancy at all Parkdean Resorts holiday parks.
* Brief and lead the media agency to develop effective media strategies.
* Collaborate with the media agency and internal stakeholders to align media plans and campaigns to business goals.
* Work with creative agencies and the in-house studio to develop engaging and innovative content for various campaigns.
* Continually monitor and measure the effectiveness of media spend and campaigns.
* Maximise ROI, support the development of the company brand, and act as brand guardian.
* Key Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time.
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Marketing role with regional / local experience.
* Proven track record of managing projects that deliver significant sales & margin growth within budget and on time.
* Ability to think creatively with experience of commissioning and managing design, including feedback.
* Resourceful and used to working effectively within relatively tight budgets and timescales.
* Passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
