As a Checkouts Customer Advisor, you will become an expert advisor, providing inspiration and guidance to customers on their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing exceptional customer service at the tills.
2. Assisting with sales, click & collect, and setting up displays.
3. Ensuring the store maintains a great appearance.
4. Learning and adapting to new technologies and ways of working.
Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll be right at home with us. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you get a buzz from helping others. You’ll be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
