Field Service Engineer - Worldwide
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: £40,000 (OTE £55,000 - £60,000 to include travel allowances and bonuses)
Benefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, travel and accommodation arranged and paid for, paid expenses, group pension scheme, life assurance, company health Scheme (BUPA), use of company van, mobile phone, laptop and company credit card.

When you're not living out of a suitcase (in style, of course), you'll be back at the workshop in St Ives, lending your expertise to machine builds and collaborating with an awesome team.
Expect a typical month to include 2-3 weeks of travel, which might even spice up your weekends on occasion. In return, you'll enjoy a role that keeps you on your toes, constantly solving challenges in the field with the support of a seasoned technical and service team.

1. Travelling to customer site worldwide and UK
2. Carry out machine installations and commission
3. Attending machine servicing and maintenance schedules
4. Fault find, diagnose and problem solve issues
5. Updating records
6. Being the face of the company and providing first class customer service
Skilled/Experience Required:
1. Experience with mechanical, hydraulics & pneumatics fault finding, repair and servicing
2. A full, clean UK driving licence
3. Good electrical & PLC skills would be an advantage but not essential
4. The ability to focus on the job and to adapt to various situations
5. The ability to build relationships with clients
6. Strong problem-solving skills
7. Well organised with a proactive approach to your work
