The role – what you’ll be doing
As a Communications Manager your role is hugely important and will include:
1. Being a positive and active member of our communications team, driving forward our communications strategy to support achievement of our mission, vision and values
2. Working closely with colleagues in Human Resources to support delivery of our People Strategy, focusing on our EVP - including highlighting our commitment to learning and development - and recruitment, showcasing how we are an employer of choice,.
3. Supporting the Head of Communications, particularly with creation and delivery of all internal communications.
4. Creating engaging, multi-channel content for internal and external audiences.
