What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager?
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with partner estate agents across London. Your role will include delivering excellent service, increasing product engagement, and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with partner agents
* Providing in-person and online training to increase product awareness
* Identifying and implementing strategic growth plans
* Supporting new partners through onboarding and success programs
* Managing your diary to meet appointment targets
* Creating case studies to showcase success
* Representing iamproperty professionally at all times
This role involves travel across Essex, Greater London, and the Home Counties.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in the property industry, ideally in account management
* Results-driven with a proven track record
* Self-motivated and disciplined
* Willing to travel extensively and stay overnight as needed
* Confident in coaching and training estate agents
* Engaging presentation skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
