Reporting to the Assistant Director People, you will be working with a brilliant team to deliver people policy and culture – focus on EDI, Values, Philosophies etc. Supported by, and supporting a team of dedicated People Partners who will translate your vision and expertise on the ground. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and passionate about people policy and culture, with a positive approach to working on initiatives.
There is a new people strategy in, and you will play a key part of this across the whole organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating thepeople policy pipeline and reviewing policies and procedures.
* Delivering a range of people group initiatives, all linked to values and culture.
* Facilitating the inclusion networks, channels and frameworks that support a good culture.
* Advising and supporting colleagues in how to bring new policies to life, with purpose and passion.
You must be an experienced people partner, with previous experience in a relevant role, and be able to win sponsorship and support for your ideas both top down, and ground up.
