Are you an inspirational and driven band 5 nurse who has exceptional clinical skills in nutritional support, tracheostomy care, and caring for acutely unwell patients? Do you have a keen interest in stroke and a passion for education and training? If so, this job could be for you! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Education Facilitator in Stroke.
This role will suit you if you are full of initiative, enthusiasm, and adaptability. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work closely with all members of the Multi-Disciplinary team to deliver training, education, and support at all stages of the Stroke pathway, including the Acute Stroke Unit and our two rehabilitation wards based at West Park and Cannock hospitals.
The individual we want would be committed to sustaining and improving our patients' experience, have excellent clinical skills, and be able to act as a professional role model supported by the National Curriculum and Competency Framework for Stroke nursing.
