HR Business Partner (HR & OD) needed in Southampton, £25.79ph PAYE - 5262974
Role Responsibilities:
1. To provide timely and effective HR and OD advice and Business Partnering support to management teams.
2. Facilitating the delivery of the Workforce Strategy, enabling the development of workforce capability and capacity and ensuring effective employee relations.
3. Ensure the development and implementation of effective HR policy and practice as a modern and sustainable organisation and employer of choice.
4. To provide professional advice and support to ensure changes to workforce structures and working practices are managed in accordance with policies and consider the impact on the wider organisation and employees.
5. To implement appropriate HR and OD interventions to support employee engagement goals and improve performance outcomes.
6. To support leadership and management development activity as part of talent and leadership programmes and effective staff management.
7. To contribute to workforce planning activity using information and insight on workforce needs and providing solutions and support to develop performance and productivity.
8. To support the training, learning and development needs of employees and those working to deliver priorities.
9. To work with management teams ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and effectively and in accordance with policies and agreed procedures.
10. To lead and manage HR and OD projects and activities to improve the HR service developing the organisation as a great place to work and employer of choice.
11. To build and develop the relationships with TU representatives to deliver business effective resolutions and outcomes and minimise workplace disputes.
12. To provide insights and advice on the impact of external factors and developments affecting how people are managed and organised.
13. To provide professional advice and support to managers on all aspects of HR and OD policy and practice, in line with the Workforce Strategy.
