JOB DESCRIPTION
Field Marketing Manager, EMEA (Maternity cover, fixed term contract with a possibility of extension)
LOCATION
Hybrid - once a week in person at our Reading office
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented marketer to support the Intelex EMEA business on a fixed-term contract. We need someone who can take the regional marketing plan and both manage and execute on the marketing programmes. You will have comprehensive experience in marketing, but more importantly, are keen to join our fast-paced organisation to help contribute to our growth.
In this role, you would be responsible for the tactical execution, management and implementation of the Intelex EMEA marketing plan with laser focus on generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth goals. You will be working in lock and step with the EMEA Events Manager, the regional sales leads, as well as the global marketing teams to drive campaigns that deliver results and continue to grow Intelex's brand awareness and market share in EHS in Europe. You will be an expert in measuring the progress and success of the marketing plan and reporting results back to senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
1. Own the execution of the EMEA marketing plan: You will be hands-on in the execution of marketing programmes - a combination of localising global campaigns and managing regionally led campaigns. This will include making sure messages and tactics are regionally appropriate, as well as the management of our PPC programmes (alongside our agency and the digital team), email campaigns, third party programmes and more. Everything you do will be tied to generating demand, driving pipeline, and the creation of solid opportunities for our sales team.
2. Support the introduction of ABM & Targeted Marketing in EMEA: Working alongside the regional sales team, marketing colleagues and our agency partner, you will use tools such as Demandbase to support the creation of regionally specific, personalised, account-based marketing campaigns to engage these accounts and uncover opportunities for the sales team to progress.
3. Manage the budget and measure everything: You will be responsible for monitoring, and refining marketing efforts to ensure we stay on track with the budget and are tracking results in line with regional targets. Key metrics will include lead creation, MQL creation conversion rates, and pipeline attainment. You will also need to provide updates and insights to stakeholders regularly using SFDC and PowerBI to gather and analyse data.
4. Collaboration is key: You will be someone who understands the importance of working closely with the rest of the marketing team locally and globally, as well as the BDR and sales teams locally, to achieve results. This includes maintenance of a tactical campaign calendar, communication of initiatives and results to BD, management of lead and MQL flow, as well as managing and communicating requests for content and enablement tools required by the sales team.
ORGANISATIONAL ALIGNMENT
This role reports directly into the VP, Demand Generation and Field Marketing.
You will be collaborating closely with the global marketing team and regional BD and sales teams to ensure alignment and impact. As this is a hybrid role, the expectation is that you will be in the office once a week.
