Salary: £35K to £40K dependent on experience.

We are working with an established organisation who are recruiting an experienced Management Accountant.

You will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting, and guidance to support strategic business decision-making. This role involves managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and monitoring key financial metrics to ensure the organisation achieves its operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Preparation of the monthly management accounts, including balance sheets and cashflow forecasts.

Preparation of monthly WIP calculation on current project expenditure, milestones, and revenue recognition.

Analysing financial performance against budgets, forecasts and projects identifying variances and providing actionable insights.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Managing the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, to reflect the company business plan.
