Gap healthcare are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our Clients in Hadleigh, Essex for an experienced Support Worker on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £25,168.00 p/a plus sleep-ins at £40.00 per night.
Please note that we do not offer Sponsorship at this time.
This position is a full-time, 40 hour per week contract and will include day, weekend, and sleep-in working. Sleep-in shifts are paid in addition to the basic salary at £5.00 per hour.
Shift patterns are as follows:
1. Monday – Sunday Early Shift: 07:00 to 15:00
2. Late Shift: 15:00 to 23:00
3. Sleep In: 23:00 – 07:00

1. Providing care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the service management.

3. Supporting adults in maintaining their tenancy.
4. Maintaining skills at a current level, and undertaking such training and development as required to maintain and progress knowledge.
