Job Title: Telesales Executive - Pest Control
Location: Kempston, Milton Keynes (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales/Sales Executive with experience in pest control to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote working and involves engaging with a database of clients to sell our pest control services. You will be responsible for building connections with clients, understanding their pest control needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call and engage with clients from our database to build strong, lasting relationships.
2. Understand client needs and provide expert advice on pest control services.
3. Promote and sell pest control services with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Ideally you will hold RSPH Level 2 or BPCA Level 2 certification.
2. Previous experience in the pest control industry is essential.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proven track record in sales or client relationship management.
5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
