Orchard Care Homes are expanding as we continue to offer the best possible care to our residents. Due to this expansion, we are now looking to add to our Finance team and have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join us on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of high-volume resident accounts, using your skills to recover outstanding balances in the most effective way.
To be successful in the role, you will be great at building relationships as you liaise with Home Managers, Families, Local Authorities, and other key contacts.
You will be naturally organised with a keen attention to detail, as you will be working with data and accounts on a daily basis.
You will work with empathy and compassion as you liaise with elderly residents and their representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in Credit Control
2. Ideally some knowledge of Sage Accounting software
