Commercial Analytics Manager
Job Description
The Commercial Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing sales performance across the International Region by delivering robust reporting/analytics and fostering adherence to sales processes.
Your role
* Partner with Regional Business Leaders and Sales Operations/Excellence Teams in the International Region to understand the analytics and reporting needs.
* Develop and maintain reporting/analytics solutions that provide insights into OIT performance, and sales effectiveness metrics for various organization levels, from leadership to front-line sales teams.
* Measure and track the effectiveness of sales initiatives, including training programs, processes, and tool adoption.
* Work with Sales Excellence Managers to ensure CRM data quality and adherence to sales processes to maintain reporting accuracy and reliability.
* Promote and reinforce best practices for CRM data management and sales process adherence across sales teams.
* Conduct root cause analysis and provide insights into pipeline management, forecast accuracy and sales effectiveness metrics to inform strategic decisions.
* Leverage predictive models and scenario analysis to support proactive decision-making.
* Work with IT and cross-functional teams to design scalable, enterprise-wide reporting solutions.
* Train sales teams and leaders on reporting & analytics tools to facilitate effective data usage for decision-making.
You're the right fit if
* 10+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or similar roles.
* Deep knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, sales effectiveness metrics and seller behavior.
* Proficiency in building and managing dashboards/analytics solutions using Power BI or Qlik.
* Hands-on experience working with CRM, SAP, and financial data sources for OIT performance and sales effectiveness reporting.
* Strong track record of partnering with sales excellence and regional leaders to drive data-informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to narrate the story behind the numbers and influence decision-making.
* Experience in monitoring sales process adherence and improving CRM data quality.
* Highly preferred: candidates with a proven track record of hands-on execution and achievement, particularly those with experience in one of our Zones.
