We’re currently recruiting a dedicated HSE Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group UK on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Business Excellence Administrator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Uploading, auditing and chasing incident packs
2. LTI report & weekly call
3. Weekly / monthly reports
4. Administration of HSE lead courses
5. HSE Connect Maintenance and updating
6. Taking the minutes of HSE Meetings
7. Answering HSE Admin telephone and email enquiries
8. Post management
9. Managing correspondence concerning Environmental Health Officers.
10. Supporting HSE Managers – Reports, documents, travel and accommodation bookings.
11. Production of MAP reports
12. OOLM – Payroll update
13. Process and Maintenance of invoices, out of hours roster, and annual leave
14. Covering tasks of other team members when necessary
15. Hestia monthly incident food and EHO reporting
16. Levy training packs Distribution for events
17. Any other duties as required
