About the Role:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the counter, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey in line with the brand’s luxury standards. This role requires a dynamic leader who can work with minimal support, take ownership of the business, and deliver commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service excellence.
* Drive business strategy with a focus on commercial performance, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
* Take full ownership of planning and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

* A refined and polished appearance in line with luxury standards (no visible tattoos or piercings preferred).
* Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
