We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected client near Warwick for two Administrative Assistants. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in data entry and document management, alongside handling inbound calls and supporting client administration.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Handle both incoming and outbound telephone calls with customers.
* Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely review, action, and follow-up.
* Issue and cross-reference plan documents using various systems to generate documents and create customer records.
* Manage changes to plan documents and process plan cancellations and redemptions..
* Schedule and manage meetings and follow up on direct web quotes to book appointments.
* Contact customers to understand payment issues and follow up accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
* Capable of working under pressure in a busy administrative environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in handling sensitive situations with accuracy and empathy.
