This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in data entry and document management, alongside handling inbound calls and supporting client administration. Day-to-day of the role: Handle both incoming and outbound telephone calls with customers. Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely review, action, and follow-up. Issue and cross-reference plan documents using various systems to generate documents and create customer records. Manage changes to plan documents and process plan cancellations and redemptions. Schedule and manage meetings and follow up on direct web quotes to book appointments. Contact customers to understand payment issues and follow up accordingly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications. Capable of working under pressure in a busy administrative environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in handling sensitive situations with accuracy and empathy.
