The last person we recruited into this role has just been promoted What are they looking for? A Digital / Software / Tech Project Manager, ideally someone who has just a couple of years of Project Management experience. Perhaps a recent graduate or someone who has recently started in a PM role and wants to move their career forward faster. What's the role all about? You’ll work with client stakeholders, internal teams, and offshore development teams all the way through product development, software customisation or implementation. What's the tech/environment? The environment is Agile, the tech is MS azure stack, and the people are super talented but the customers are super demanding, so it’s quick and challenging which means you’ve got to be on your A-game all the time How about learning and development? You’ll work alongside a team that will invest in you. They’ll spend time helping you understand their businesses and processes, you’ll shadow other amazing people and they'll ramp things up slowly. You’ll need to have worked in a tech / digital project role within an agile, prince or waterwall environment.
