Key Responsibilities This role serves as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring regular updates on service schedules and progress. Responsibilities include coordinating grounds maintenance services, liaising with teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring service quality for improvement. Administrative tasks involve managing contracts, maintaining CRM records, and preparing performance reports. The role also supports billing by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and managing overdue accounts. Effective problem resolution is key, with a focus on addressing client concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and recommending improvements. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM software are essential, along with experience in client-facing or administrative roles, preferably in grounds maintenance or facilities management.
