Accounts Payable Manager / Chichester / Accountancy / Finance Client Details A highly regarded Chichester based organisation are looking to recruit a full time permanent Accounts Payable Manager. You may well be an AP Senior looking to step up or simply a manager looking for a new challenge. Description As Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for: Process and ensure supplier invoices and debit/credit notes are processed accurately and timely. Obtain authorisation and coding for non-purchase order invoices before inputting into the ERP system. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries. Investigate and resolve purchase ledger queries by liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Prepare and manage supplier payments, including working with other departments to manage payment plans and cashflow reports. Develop procedures and processes for handling invoices and maintaining the general ledger. Assist the Finance team with other projects as required.
