As an Identity & Access Management (I&AM) analyst you will ensure, appropriate, and controlled access to our networks, systems, and applications across a hybrid on-premise/Cloud environment. This involves the administration and management of accounts through their lifecycle, from creation to de-provisioning and maintaining access in response to change. We must be aware of audit regulations and security processes and have technical awareness of important IT applications. You will also be given the opportunity of becoming a qualified Level 3 Data Technician – a recognised AfATE qualification provided through OfQUAL and Cambridge Spark. In this exciting opportunity you will also: Develop your skills to analyse and present data through completing the Data Technician qualification and training provided from within the I&AM Team Expand your communication and stakeholder management skills. Troubleshoot and manage issues related to identities, systems access, accounts, and permissions. Understand and implement industry best practices for Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management across a broad range of systems Extract, create, and manipulate large volumes of data from different sources using Microsoft Excel and other systems Become aware of Group Information Security Policies and adhere to them Manage and complete access requests in line with the predetermined service level agreement Administration and management of user accounts through their lifecycle of creation, amendment and removal / de-provisioning Exhibit cross-functional influence by means of proficient people skills, allowing the effective development of both internal and external business relationships What you’ll need to have These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don’t match this additional criteria. Analysis and administration skills with attention to detail. Be part of a team with the ability to organise, plan and prioritise work and managing workload effectively. Be able to use Microsoft Excel and have a desire to expand and refine this skill.
