The Role: An exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales leader to take charge of a national sales team in a fast-growing energy solutions company. As Head of Sales (UK), you will manage a team of 24 through four Sales Managers, setting and driving the sales strategy while ensuring targets are exceeded. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will oversee performance, attend key management meetings, and contribute to the long-term success of a company that prioritises people, sustainability, and growth.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Head of Sales role, you must have:
* At least five years of sales leadership experience.
* Experience managing other Sales Managers.
* A data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance management.
* A track record of managing a sales team of at least 12 people.

The Package for Head of Sales (UK):
* £85,000 - £92,000 basic salary.
* 30% commission available on top.

Location: This is a national remote role with monthly attendance required at the company's head office in the East Midlands.
