This active family are looking for a helping hand to care for their 9 month old boy in Clifton, Bristol.
Are you looking for your first step into nannying or a part time position where you can be a support to the family?
This family are requiring a Nanny who is friendly, outgoing and has a good work ethic. Your duties will be all child care related but some occasional help with light household duties would be appreciated to ensure the smooth running of the home (a cleaner is also employed). Your duties could be carried out whilst Mum takes the baby to a group or whilst baby is sleeping. Mum will be around so the position is some shared care and some sole charge. They would like someone who is proactive in the day running smoothly and providing age appropriate activities for the baby.
They live in the lovely Clifton area close to Clifton and Durdham Downs so lots of opportunity for exploring the outdoor environment and easy access to Bristol city centre. They do have a large dog so you will need to be comfortable with large dogs around but no responsibility is required. They will also consider 2 days for the right candidate and can be slightly flexible on days. The position is a minimum of 6 months with the potential for it becoming a long term role if it works for both parties.

Pay: £17 gross per hour
For all roles with children and the vulnerable, you must have an up-to-date enhanced eDBS certificate which is registered on the update service, a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and a minimum of two professional referees who are happy for you to share their contact details to our recruiters. One of your references must be your current or last employer and both references must be immediately contactable. We also recommend that you have appropriate personal insurance.
