Finance Assistant / Ellesmere Port / Salary £27,000 - £30,000 / Study Support / Development Opportunities / Permanent Role Finance Assistant Role Overview As the Finance Assistant you support their team with all finance administration, reporting directly into the Senior Finance Officer. This role offers scope for training and development. Finance Assistant Responsibilities: Provide support to finance on suppliers as required including coding and processing of supplier invoices. Ensure the approved supplier list is kept up to date. Bank reconciliations. Processing of employee mileage and expenses. Online banking and the production of monthly payment runs. Data input using Sage Line 50 and production of reports as required. Ensure staff time sheets are entered into the management information system and reconciled against payroll. Provide support on sales administration including preparation of sales invoices, including Access to Work, the processing thereof, credit control and production of monthly sales report. Raise invoices to clients To provide weekly, monthly, and annual overview reports of invoicing on a client-by-client basis. Provide holiday and sickness cover to finance as required.
