About The Role The Claims Analyst is responsible for supporting Claims Specialist's in achieving Swiss Re's risk profitability through sound claims management decisions and customer service excellence. The Claims Analyst carries out administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and always to a high standard ensuring vulnerable customers are treated fairly. You will support Claims Specialists by managing claims workflow within set time frames to ensure claims post is inducted correctly onto the relevant systems and chase outstanding claims information by telephone, letter and email. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to clients demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills in line with consumer duty and supporting vulnerable claimants. Provide data entry to a high standard, ensuring correct details are captured and securely handled (in line with risk management guidelines and compliance). Handling invoices and financial details with care. This position is advertised on a fixed terms basis, for 6 months. About The Team We are a large team of Claims Analysts and Claims Specialists working with a key client. Our portfolio of claims includes Group and Individual Income Protection product lines. We are strong communicators, with great customer service skills. We pride ourselves on getting to the root of the issue. We're detailed people, but we're also agile and bold. We work together, always adding the right value to the right claims About You Are you detail orientated with great organizational skills? Have excellent written and verbal skills? Experience in the insurance industry and / or an income protection claims role preferred but not essential. Experience of dealing with customers and a background of customer service. Knowledge of Mircrosoft office and English language letter writing required. Sounds interesting?
