As a key member of the commercial team, the National Account Manager is instrumental in identifying and achieving strategic goals with specific responsibility for developing and securing sales volumes and achieving margin targets within B2B Retail and QSR business accounts. You are responsible for commercial performance within a designated portfolio of accounts, continuous improvement and driving efficiencies to achieve profitability. Responsibilities Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles within the food industry, preferably in the poultry or food coatings segments. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications 3 -5 years’ experience in sales account management in the food industry. Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong commercial understanding Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
