What You’ll Be Doing: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer retention and revenue growth. Identifying new business opportunities and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share. Managing contract negotiations and influencing customer strategies using market insights. Overseeing sales processes, including forecasting, CRM updates, and account management. Operating in a field-based role, meeting clients face-to-face and adapting to a competitive sales environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, ideally in FMCG, retail, or hospitality. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding performance targets. Ability to analyse market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
