Pub Supervisor
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
* Oversee the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
* Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
* Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
* Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally with management
* Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Pub Supervisor Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
* Knowledge of food preparation and basic culinary techniques
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent upselling skills to increase revenue
* Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
