About You
We are looking for highly organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and consistently meet deadlines. Attention to detail is a must, and you should be comfortable working independently while also being an effective team player with a proactive "can do" attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft packages, Teams, and service-specific systems such as Mosaic, Synergy, and Nexus is preferred. Training will be provided for service-based systems, but a strong working knowledge of IT, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
Our services prioritise excellent customer focus, and you will be expected to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including partner agencies, families, and professionals. Exceptional customer service skills are a key requirement for this role.
The working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with occasional interruptions to address queries from operational managers and staff and telephone calls. Some teams may involve direct contact with children and families, which may occasionally involve sensitive or distressing content. Therefore, resilience and confidentiality are crucial attributes.
Currently, we operate in a hybrid work model with a combination of office and remote workdays.
