We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of soft services facility manager. In this position, you will oversee a range of services, including cleaning, reception, hospitality, catering, and mailroom services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning management and a keen interest in expanding their skills to include a broader range of facilities management responsibilities. What you'll do: Manage and supervise cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Oversee reception services, including managing visitor access and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Assist in coordinating hospitality and catering services for events and meetings. Manage mailroom services, including receiving, sorting, and distribution of mail and packaging Develop and implement training programs for team members, with a focus on progression through apprenticeship opportunities. Work towards the ultimate goal of progressing to a general manager role within the organisation. What you bring: Previous experience in cleaning management is essential. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
