Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to children and young people in their home.
2. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, medication administration, and supporting young people to attend education.
3. Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities.
4. Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
6. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
