Our clients has an excellent practice with the support and backing of a nearby hospital. They are now looking for a full time small animal vet to join the team.
This is a feline focused clinic offering a much slower and relaxed pace than the hospital. This is an opportunity to progress and develop the clinic with the support of the group. They are focused on career and personal development with a real opportunity to follow your clinical interests. As a valued member of the team, you'll enjoy a diverse mix of responsibilities, including preventative, medical, and surgical consultations. You'll also have the chance to shine in the well-equipped theatre, supported by experienced RVNs, VCAs, and SVNs. Your dedication to providing top-notch care will be rewarded, as you'll be a key part of the close-knit team, working alongside other skilled professionals. Additionally, you'll have the chance to support the Practice Manager with daily operations.
The practice is situated within the bustling local shopping district, with a well-established and strong client base. Supported by the Tier 3 accredited hospital and eight sister practice sites, they take pride in maintaining RCVS accreditation under the Practice Standards Scheme. Embracing a fear-free approach across all sites, they also run a popular cat-only clinic and behaviour appointments, further demonstrating their commitment to comprehensive care.
At the clinic you'll have access to state-of-the-art facilities, including lab resources, digital x-ray, ultrasound, a fully equipped theatre suite with prep area, and multiple consulting rooms. Moreover, the main hospital offers advanced services such as CT scanning, MRI, endoscopy, hydrotherapy, and a rehabilitation centre, with the added benefit of a multi-disciplinary specialist-led referral service.
You must be a RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for 1st opinion work. Your confidence in all aspects of veterinary practice and ability to work independently will make you a valuable addition to the team. A clean driving license and excellent team player skills are essential, as is your self-motivation and confidence in your skillset.
