Probate Solicitor - Bristol
TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-regarded national legal team based in Bristol, who are currently looking to recruit a Probate Solicitor.
About the Role
As a Probate Solicitor, you’ll be an integral part of an expert team of Probate Solicitors, delivering high-quality advice and support to clients dealing with the administration of estates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse caseload of probate and estate administration matters, from initial instruction through to conclusion. Advising clients on inheritance tax, intestacy rules, and other legal and financial matters related to estate administration.
* Drafting legal documents, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents as required.
* Communicating effectively and empathetically with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
* Liaising with financial institutions, HMRC, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth estate administration.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
* Contributing to team success by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
About You
We’re looking for a Solicitor who:
* Is qualified to practice in England and Wales with experience in probate and estate administration.
* Has strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning.
* Possesses excellent communication and client care skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple cases effectively.
* Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
