Hybrid working can be offered
The rare opportunity has come up for a Trainee Paraplanner / Senior Administrator to join a client of mine within a Financial Planning firm. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be sat within a small team, supporting the fully qualified paraplanner and Advisors and learning off them whilst completing your exams to be a fully qualified Paraplanner yourself.
The benefits of being in a junior, progressive role within a smaller firm are second to none; you get more hands-on experience, see more of the 'whole picture', and thus learn quicker at a higher quality with more 1 on 1 training.
Duties include:
* Carry out research for client meetings
* Preparing & Implementing recommendations
* Establish and build strong relationships with clients
* Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile
* Attend post-meeting debriefs, taking detailed & salient notes
The ideal candidate will have:
* Some experience working within an FCA regulated environment
* Experience within financial services
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
We can offer flexible start/finish times, a day working from home once probation is passed, fully supported exams, a trusted workplace, and a salary of £24,000 - £32,000 DOE.
