Work closely with another Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician as part of a wither MDT with a superb staff retention rate. This is a fantastic opportunity for a prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 FTE DOE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays + Paid Indemnity

Your role
* Ideally full time but open to less (Full time over 4 days is an option)
* Medication reviews, reconciliation, switching etc. Support delivery of QOF, counselling patients, compliance, etc.
* Work closely with another Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician
* No home visits required
